Mid-West University

MU Institute of Cooperation and Development (MICD) is a constituent entity of Mid-West University (MU), Surkhet, Nepal, which undertakes MU’s flagship program and creates a higher level of an intellectual platform of MU in Kathmandu. It also supports partnership development and networking with national and international agencies in order to strengthen international networking of the university. The main goals of the MICD are to open avenues of strong inter-disciplinary and innovative academic programs and produce qualified human resources in sustainable development. It currently offers Master of International Cooperation and Development degree with the academic and technical assistance of the University of Pavia in Italy.

Nepal Open University

Nepal Open University, established in 2073 B.S. (2016), is a premier open university in Nepal with equal legal status to other universities. Its purpose is to provide accessible higher education and relevant programs in science, technology, vocational education, and other priority areas. Utilizing advanced technology, NOU offers flexible distance learning, aiming to prepare graduates for the national and global job market. Students can join courses based on their academic level and complete school education is required for enrollment.

Resources Himalaya Foundation

The Resources Himalaya Foundation (RHF) is a renowned non-profit organization focused on wildlife, biodiversity, and environmental issues in Nepal, Bhutan, and Sikkim. With over 30 years of experience, RHF has completed numerous research projects, contributed to conservation plans, and collaborated with international organizations. They prioritize collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge dissemination, and their programs address livelihoods, biodiversity, and climate change. RHF has received prestigious awards and has made significant contributions to the field of conservation in the region, making it a leading organization in the field.
