Registration fees to the conference
Registration fees of the 2024 Annual Conference of ISDRS are as below. Please note the following when registering:
- According to ISDRS policies, delegates residing and working in a ‘low’, ‘lower-middle’ and ‘upper-middle’ income economy can take benefit of a preferential rate. For the country classification, please, click here.
- If you or your institution have paid the membership fee in the last 12 months, you are eligible to register at the member’s rate.
- The non-member registration rate includes membership for 12 months from the date of registration.
- ISDRS followers, i.e., who participate in social media activity but who have not paid the membership fee in the last 12 months, must select the non-member registration rate.

- Visitors may participate in the live discussions and benefit from the platform of the virtual conference but cannot present a paper or a poster at the conference.
- Registration will open once the abstract submissions are reviewed.

If you are a presenter, please use the same e-mail address when you submit your abstract.
If you want to participate In Person, please choose the fee from the physical participation category.
If you want to participate Online, please choose the fee from the online participation category.
Early bird prices with discount (only for In Person) are available until 15th April 2024.
Regular Registration period: April 16, 2024 – April 30, 2024
Update: Upon the request of the abstract submitters, the deadline for the regular registration has been extended to May 10, 2024.

The Registration Fee includes:

Scientific papers and presentations
Papers vs. registration: Full papers and posters will be included in the Conference Proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee. One registration (any category) covers a maximum of two papers. Abstracts will be included in Book of Abstracts according to the same principle.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of €35 (online) or €180 (on campus) will be applied for conference registrations that are cancelled by 15th of May 2024. After this date, no refunds can be issued.
Insurance
Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover, and expenses incurred in the event is your responsibility. Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking your travel.
